To have full-page color export, go to Customize > PDF and under Coloring check the box for Print revision page color full background. Revisions will export as they appear in the app. Revisions must be visible in the document to be included in the export. This will export only the pages that contain revisions. After selecting PDF as the File Type, select Include notes from the PDF Options drop-down.This will include all Note lines and Comments left on the document. If you are exporting to your hard drive on the mobile app or browser, exports will save based on your device's download and file saving settings. If you are exporting to your hard drive on the desktop app, you will be prompted to select the file path of the export. If you are working in the browser, exports will download based on your browser's download settings.
